Q. Are you available 24 hours?
A. Our normal working hours are 8.00am – 5.00pm, but for emergency repairs or response call me on my mobile 021 862 223

Q. What type of work can you do?
A. I’ll tackle any type of work, I’ve always been a problem solver, if the type of work is beyond my scope of expertise, I have a number of trusted contractors in all fields to call on to solve your problem.

Q. What regions do you cover?
A. I cover most of Auckland. Where extended travel is required there may be an additional travel cost.

Q. Can you supply written Quotes?
A. Yes, I’ll supply an estimate of costs before any work is started. Written quotes will be supplied on request for customer or insurance purposes.

Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes we have full insurance and public liability cover.

Q. What work safe procedures do you have?
A. I am a member of Sitesafe and follow all of their prescribed methods of site safety and emergency procedures. We will supply Baseline Risk Assessment or Hazard and risk management procedure where required.
